We follow @thomasbrag, better known as ‘Cake Boy’, as he gives us an exclusive tour of his new trailer (aka Michael Bay’s trailer) while on set of the Bad Boys For Life. His self-proclaimed Oscar worthy 3 second role definitely has not gotten to his head...How did you feel about his performance?
Thomas has always dreamed of being in a Hollywood blockbuster. So @willsmith decided that he’d let him get a role in the Bad Boys For Life movie. Only problem was, Tboogie started taking himself VERY seriously and things kinda got out of hand. Link in bio for the video 😉 Also thanks again to Will, @adilelarbi and Bilall Fallah for being so awesome throughout this whole insanely cool adventure. Let us know what you thought of the video :)
August 11th. Yes Theory’s biggest production ever. Where will you be watching from? 🎥: @johnny_fpv
Last Sunday we hit 4 million subscribers. But something far more exciting happened that day. We received news from our friend and Yes Fam brother @aureen_ that he organized a hike, meditation class and dance party with members of the @yestheoryla fam... We were blown away. To see something so amazing be organized completely without us was such a huge milestone. It was far more rewarding than achieving a subscriber count (although that was pretty crazy too). Nothing makes us happier than seeing you all take the initiative to meet and adventure with each other around the world. Thank you for taking action. Thank you for believing in each other. Thank you for spreading the message of love over fear, far and wide. We love all 4 million+ of you. ❤️ 🎥 by @thelifeofparker also big shoutout to @soundboks for creating the perfect tool for any party to turn up to 11 😊🎉
Waow. Can’t believe it’s been 50 years and @mattdajer is still running Ironmans. So inspiring.
We’re so blessed to be able to travel the world and get to bring new friends along with us. It never gets old. Everywhere we go we make sure to put away the camera for at least a day and enjoy our surroundings. The first and most essential rule is: it has to be fun. Hope you liked today’s episode where we took our pizza delivery guy and new friend (@ogjayp) to his dream location. This is a shot he took. He’s a really freaking talented photographer and is hustling daily to make his dream come true. You should check him out :) link to the video in bio! ❤️
Out here looking like a honeymoon couple 😂😂 Hope you’re enjoying the sunshine ☀️☀️ What have you said yes to this summer?? 📷 @ogjayp
Four years ago today, we began Project 30 and what would ultimately become Yes Theory. We had all just met. We had no money and no home. Just one big wild dream to show ourselves, and the world, what was possible. But none of this. None of anything that has happened since then would have been possible without community. If it weren’t for friends like @andrealitmus who gave us a home to live and work out of for free or @thelauragriffiths who was our first team coach and therapist, or the countless beautiful strangers who said yes, or the endless support and sharing of our videos from friends, or the belief from our first ever sponsors @ttmsmith and @kvnyp NONE of this would have been possible. Community is the reason we get to do what we love every single day and it’s our mission to pay that forward. To support someone’s dream is the greatest gift you can give them. We are beyond blessed now to have a community of millions around the world that supports and encourages each other to chase after those dreams, to seek discomfort, to be vulnerable, to live their truth. We know firsthand how valuable that is. When you feel like the whole world is stacked against you, all it takes is one spark, one ‘you got this’ or ‘how can I help’ to keep that flame alive. We trust that you will be that spark for each other. Love you always and forever. ❤️
We didn't mention this in Sunday's video but @lukeeeeeyyyyy was a competitive runner in Australia prior to his skateboarding accident. In fact, he was Top 3 in all of Queensland for the 1500 meter and had a full ride scholarship at one of the top schools in the country. Yet, he doesn't let his past or anything that has happened to him bring him down. Luke is a fighter. He sees the light in the dark and the glass half full, not empty. When we were with him, he reminded us to laugh, smile and not take everything so seriously. Life is short, lets be silly. Thanks for the reminder brother. Love you ❤️

“We are so much more than we pretend to be.” These last 8 months of my life have profoundly changed me. Completing an Ironman was always something I considered impossible and too extreme. But that’s exactly why it had to be done. Aaron, my mentor, taught me this. That we have a choice. We get to decide who it is we’re going to be. And at any point in our lives we can choose to redefine who we are and what story we tell ourselves. And on that note we want to challenge you to join us for #100daysofsweat ...Ammar did it a few months ago and thousands of people joined him from around the world and their stories of transformation were remarkable. Now we’re going bigger. Commit with us and let’s get sweating every day for the next 100! Let us know if you’re doing it by tagging us or DM’ing us here. Let’s see just how far we can go together 🙌❤️ Also thanks for watching today’s video. If you haven’t seen it, link is in the description. Love, Matt
Ammar completed one of his bucket list items for his 25th birthday by jumping out of a plane with all of his best friends at the same time.. he crossed off 3 other list items but you’ll have to watch 💫 Link in our bio to see the full episode! What bucket list item do you want to tick off? We'd love to know!
Anyone have some bargaining tips for Thomas? 😂 Tag the best negotiator you know below! Full episode link in bio!
Thomas may need to expand his vocabulary 😂 Link in our bio for the full episode!
Off to our biggest adventure to date with the most badass team. #stacked
After 6+ months of training, @mattdajer competed and finished his first ever Ironman this past weekend. That’s a 2.4-mile (3.86 km) swim, a 112-mile (180.25 km) bicycle ride, and a marathon 26.22-mile (42.20 km) run. Seems like pure insanity to most of us. This is a photo from right after he finished. And it is the epitome of everything Yes Theory stands for. It’s pursuance of a dream despite whatever adversities, obstacles, fears, or limitations stand in your way. What you don’t see in this picture are the early morning runs, the 6+ hour solitary bike rides, the boring salads he ate, or the festivals he missed. You don’t see how a guy went from struggling through his first half-Ironman to crushing his second. And then again how that same guy showed up in Santa Rosa and completed a sub-12 hour race (un-freaking-believable). Today, let Matt be your inspiration. Start pursuing that goal that you think is way too far outside your reach. Sign up for a local triathlon. Write the first page of your book. Commit to an Improv class. Do something that your future self will thank you for. Just start. Our collective potential is so much higher than we think it is. We can push our bodies and minds much further than we think we can. But, as Matt’s shown us, it takes an insane dedication to reach those heights… PS - Video coming soon.
