FREGOLA CON VONGOLE E GAMBERETTI 🦐 Questo piatto lo ha preparato mio padre @doc.stefano 🙈 ma era così buono che non potevo non pubblicarne la ricetta !!! Ingredienti per due: 150-200 g di fregola 1kg di vongole (clams) 1/2 kg di gamberi/ gamberetti (shrimps) 1/2 cipolla (onion) 10 pomodorini (cherry tomatoes) 3 cc di olio EVO (3 sp olive oil) Prezzemolo q.b. Preparare il sugo: Mettere in padella olio e cipolla tagliata grossolanamente. Far appassire. Aggiungere le vongole (precedentemente lavate varie volte) e i gamberi puliti (ricordare di togliere l’intestino). Una volta cotti aggiungere i pomodorini e il prezzemolo, continuare a cucinare per 5 minuti. A parte cucinare la fregola: Cucinarla allo stesso modo della pasta, scolarla e aggiungerla al sugo. Buon appetito 🤩🦐 E per qualsiasi chiarimento scrivetemi in DM.

↘CHURROS VEGANOS↙ Repost @vfnutricao💓 . 🔸1 xícara de água 🔸2 colheres de sopa de óleo vegetal 🔸1 xícara de farinha 🔸1 colher de café de sal 🔸1/2 colher de chá de canela 🔸3 colheres de sopa de açúcar 🔸80g de chocolate escuro (adequado para veganos) 🔸1/2 xícara de leite de soja . Você também precisará: Um saco de confeiteiro Bico de confeitar pitanga tam. 5 ou menor. 1. Em uma pequena panela aqueça a água, as 2 colheres de sopa de óleo vegetal e o sal até que comece a ferver, depois retire do fogo e adicione a farinha. Mexa vigorosamente até que a mistura seja suave e forme uma bola, depois deixe esfriar de modo que possa ser manuseado. 2. Transfira a mistura de churro para o saco de confeitar com o bico pitanga. Comece a fazer tubulações com 10 cm de altura de churros. Use cuidadosamente um par de tesoura para cortar o final de cada churro. 3. Em panela coloque óleo suficiente para cobrir o churro. Quando o óleo estiver suficientemente quente, transfira os churros para a panela 2 ou 3 de cada vez e frite até ficar dourado. Teste o óleo usando uma pequena quantidade de restos de mistura dos churros. Se a mistura ficar dourada dentro de um minuto, então o óleo está suficientemente quente. 4. Remova os churros do óleo e coloque-o sobre uma toalha de papel. 5. Em uma tigela pequena misture a canela e o açúcar, e cubra cada churro. 6. Para fazer o creme de chocolate, aqueça o leite de soja e retire do fogo quando começar a ferver. Adicione o chocolate e mexa até ficar homogêneo. 7. Is easter really over again for another year? 😢if you’re feeling sad about that like I am and aren’t quite ready to say good by to yummy hot cross buns why not use those Easter chocolates to make my MOCHA HOT CROSS BUNS 🐰 Ingredients: 🌟500g wholemeal spelt flour 🌟 1 cup warm soy milk 🌟3 tsp finely ground coffee (I used @danes_specialty_coffee) 🌟 1 pack dry yeast (or 21g fresh yeast) 🌟 1/4 cup sugar 🌟 1 tsp mixed spice 🌟 2/3 cup currants/raisins. .(@australiansultanas) 🌟 1/3 cup choc chips. . 🌟 40ml oil 🌟 few tbsp powdered sugar 1. Mix the dry yeast with warm soy milk & coffee. 2. Mix all your dry ingredients. 3. Add the dry ingredients, yeasted milk and oil to a mixer with dough attachment and knead for 10 min (or use your hands) until a smooth dough forms. 4. Add the currents& choc chips and mix in thoroughly. 5. Let the dough rise for 1-2 hrs in a warm place. 6. Give the dough a knead and form little dough balls. 7. Put the dough balls in a lined baking dish and let them rise for another 1 hour. 8. Bake at 160C for 20min. 9. Mix your powdered sugar with some water to form a thick icing. 10. Happy Humpday!! . . Beet Curry with Grilled Asparagus and Basmati Rice! . . My wife has been inspired by Spring 🌱🌷👩‍🍳 Time for some new creations with pretty colors ☺🥰 Not authentic? Doesn't matter 😜🙈 It tasted good and looked pretty 😅 We all eat with our eyes first, right? We served the curry with grilled (stovetop) asparagus, and @lotusfoods Organic Basmati Rice with some green peas. Cut beets in small cubes, drizzle some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 400ºF for about 40 mintes. In the meantime, in a pot, sautee minced garlic, minced ginger, and cumin seeds in coconut oil until they are fragrant. Add in chopped onion, celery, and carrots. Cook them until they are tender. Add @simplyorganicfoods curry powder and cayenne pepper. Cook for a few minutes. Add some all purpose flour (as a thickener) then cook for a minute. Add in fresh diced tomatoes and the roasted beets. Season with salt. Pour water and bay leaves, bring it to boil then let it simmer until all veggies are soften. Off the heat, use a hand blender to make the it smooth. Finally, add canned unsweetened coconut milk and heat it through. Adjust the flavor with salt/pepper. . Our expectation of the dish was to be more pinkish tone but it turned out to be orange-red color instead 😅 The color of the curry powder and tomatoes must have factored in. But we can assure you that if you try you re gonna like this 🤭 . . It would take that amount of time to kick a food habit, like sugar addiction, too.. 🍫 Research is growing that dugar is poisoning us. Studies are proving sugar to the biggest cause of fatty liver, which leads to insulin resistance. This then can cause metabolic syndrome which leads to heart disease, diabetes and cancer. It's so hard to kick the sugar habit - it's in everything! So i focus on minimizing it with fatty options like avocado on toast, soda water rather than juice, and minimzing maple syrup and other sweeteners. 🍓This low sugar option of coconut parfaits is filling, a bit sweet and definitely good for you! 🍌🍌. . . Coconut parfaits: To make these simply make your favourite porridge: 🌸warmed up milk, added oats, cinnamon, protein powder and maple syrup and add coconut yogurt and chia pudding 🌸one cup of milk with a quarter cup of chia seeds. Set aside and stie frequently for the first 10 minutes. 🌸 add natural food colourings and layer carefully. . 🌸 to remove any air bubbles or to create a whirlwind effect use a chopstick and stir gently where your bubbles are. . . Vegan ‘Tuna’ Nigiri Sushi by @thetastyk 🍣 Recipe:⠀ Ingredients⠀ 200g sushi rice⠀ 3 ripe roma tomatoes⠀ ⠀ Marinade:⠀ 1 Tbsp soy/tamari sauce⠀ 1 tsp miso paste⠀ 1 Tbsp olive oil⠀ 1/2 tsp smoked paprika powder⠀ 1/2 tsp nori flakes (I simply grated nori sheets)⠀ 2 Tbsp hot water⠀ ⠀ Cream Cheese:⠀ 150g silken tofu⠀ 1/2 cup cashews⠀ 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar⠀ 1/2 tsp garlic powder⠀ 1/2 tsp salt & pepper⠀ ⠀ Method⠀ 1. Cook your sushi rice according to instructions on the package and let cool down.⠀ 2. Fill a small pot with water and bring to a boil. Take you tomatoes, place 4 small cuts into the skin on top and place into the pot. Let the cook for 40-60 seconds until the skin is slightly coming off. Immediately take off the heat, and drain and rinse with cold water to prevent further cooking.⠀ 3. Carefully peel off the skin and cut the tomatoes in halves, then again, and again.
