Ultra Fudgy Tahini & Espresso Brownies w/ Salted Caramel by @legallyplantbased 🍫 Flourless, Gluten-free, Refined sugar-free, chewy edges and fudgy center😋 you have to try these!🙏🏼💗⁣⁣ ⁣ ⁣ RECIPE⁣⁣ Brownies⁣⁣ 200 ml pourable tahini⁣⁣ 50 ml pure date syrup⁣⁣ 2 tbsp ground chia seeds⁣⁣ 6 tbsp water⁣⁣ 60 g coconut sugar⁣⁣ 1 tbsp brewed decaf espresso⁣⁣ 1/2 tsp baking soda⁣⁣ 20 g raw cacao powder⁣⁣ 1/4 tsp salt⁣⁣ 40 g vegan chocolate chips⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Salted caramel⁣⁣ 50 ml pure date syrup⁣⁣ 2 tbsp tahini⁣⁣ 2 tbsp vegan butter⁣⁣ salt to taste⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Topping⁣⁣ Roughly chopped Marcona almonds⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ METHOD⁣⁣ - Mix chia and water in a small bowl and let sit until thickened, ~10 minutes.⁣⁣ - In a large bowl, combine chia mixture, tahini, date syrup, coconut sugar and espresso in to a smooth batter.⁣⁣ - Fold in baking soda, cacao powder, and salt, then add chocolate chips. The batter will be thick.⁣⁣ - Pour batter into a lined loaf pan (4.5x10” / 11x25cm) and bake for 22-25 minutes at 350°F / 175°C. Let cool in pan for ~15 minutes, then for another 30 minutes on cooling rack. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving for extra fudgyness.⁣⁣ - Combine all ingredients for the caramel in a pan, bring to medium heat, stir constantly until well-combined, 2-3 minutes. Let cool and thicken then spread on top of brownie and top with almonds. ⁣⁣ ⁣

She is beautiful!!! . The falafel sub from @subwaycanada 🙌 . 6-inch Italian white bread 🥖, falafel patties, lettuce 🥬, tomato 🍅, onions, green bell peppers, pickles, jalapeño peppers, house sandwich sauce, and barbecue sauce 😋 . I tried to taste test the falafel, but I couldn’t really taste the falafel alone because they sauced it up good for me 👍 This was probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had and it’s definitely going to be my go-to from now on 👌 . ~502 Cal ~16 g Protein ~17 g Fat ~74 g Carbs

Adding dairy substitutes like plant milk, soy yogurt etc. to make your meals even tastier and more nutritious and other substitutes like vegan meat & cheese to help people transition to a plant-based lifestyle. With little oil, sugar, salt and sweeteners for extra flavor and treating yourself. And of course, don’t forget about herbs and spices for extra flavor and a boost in nutrients and antioxidants. -
I probably put legumes next to whole grains because I eat a lot of legumes and they are so healthy and rich in protein but besides that, this pyramid really resembles my way of eating and what I would recommend for optimal health😋💚

Loooooaaaaded breakfast sammie to start the day off right 💃🏼 Ezekial bread English muffin, avo, and an epic tofu scramble. Quick, easy, delicious, and SO nutritious. A lot of people claim to be “too busy to make healthy food”, or tell me that I “must spend hours in the kitchen”. Both of which I want to debunk quick.. First of all, no one is too busy for anything. You make time for what is important to you. Think about the 10 minutes here & there you waste on your phone throughout the day? Or sitting watching TV for hours at night? I bet you could find the time to cook & eat healthy if you wanted to. I am a very busy person, but eating good food is everything to me because it is what makes me feel 💯. So, I make the time for it! But, I definitely do not spend hours in the kitchen every day (honestly id love to!) But I don’t have the time. With a little bit of effort each week (I.e. batch prepping, meal prepping, precutting fruits/veggies) I am able to eat how I want to. But most meals, including this one, take me less than 15 minutes and keep me full for hours. It doesn’t have to be complicated. Pre plan some meals for the week before you go grocery shopping, find some staple meals you love, etc! But don’t complain about not having time, everyone is busy. Yet lots of us still find the time to do what makes us happy 😊 And bonus- plants cook wayyyy faster than meat does! 😝
