Although it takes a little bit of time to prep, it was DELISH!! The whole house smelled like it and it made enough for tons of leftovers- BONUS!! . . I also made my 3 ingredient naan to go with it and of course, it was yummy too! . . How was your Monday? Me? I'm looking forward to a better Tuesday, lol.

We went out for ice cream and I remembered there was a park near by, so we walked to it for the littles to have some fun. Miya loved everything, Ryder loved the slide but want so sure about the swing, lol. . . They both feel asleep on the way back to drop me off-- SUCCESS!! . . I do feel as if the PD books that I'm reading are helping me, so I really want to keep this up. I love reading non-fiction, I feel like I connect more with it because well, it really happened, lol. . . Currently I'm reading "Girl, Stop Apologizing" by Rachel Hollis, next is "Light Is The New Black", any suggestions on what to read after that? . . Happy Friday loves! When we talk about progress not perfection we speak of making and changing fitness decisions and goals! 2 years ago I began my 1st 20n6 challenge, 1 Year ago I was getting the hang of being a Co-Coach and today I smile knowing that I've decided to commit my time to the place that makes me happy, provides me peace, comfort and love as not only a Head Coach but also a Nutrition Coach!!! WOW right ❤ 🍓🥑🥚❤ I NEVER imagined making the connections, bonds and fitfamily I now have. I seriously cannot thank the people within those walls for all that they've given to and done for me both mentally, spiritually and of course physically! ✊🏽💆🏽‍♀️ This truly is MORE than a gym! We've witness milestones within our communities, we've cheered on each other's weight loss successes, encouraged and celebrated each other's children, we've celebrated births, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, we've even cried and supported one another through deaths of loved ones 🚶🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🧗🏾‍♀️🏋🏾‍♀️🏋🏿‍♂️🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️ I have to thank P2P for giving me these amazing people and opportunities. For believing in me and bringing out a passion of fitness! 💪🏽 After what P2P has given me, I couldn't walk away and NOT give back, hence the reason I've decided to change careers. Sometimes things happen in our lives that may appear uncomfortable, unfair and unimaginable but I'm a true believer that things dont happen by accident. I'm right where I need to be! When you get that workout done you didn't want to do and then feel 💯%🙌. ... I mostly dread the plyo and hiit workouts because they take so much out of you and require so much endurance and strength. I know I need to get it done, but some days it's like a battle with myself and the reasons I think of not going. Thing is I may have so many other things I have to do but once I get that workout done I feel much more clarity and more ready to take on those other things. Working out helps with lowering stress, most of us are stressed out over at least one thing if not multiple. Working out clears the mind and will help you concentrate for the rest of your day. Everyone has some time they can put aside, even if that's 15 min of a quick workout at home or walking/jogging around the block. I could absolutely cry posting this!!!! I AM WEARING A MEDIUM!!!!! 😭😭😭😭 I haven’t been able to wear a medium in shirts in YEARS. I am absolutely speechless 😶 my heart is flipping for joy because my hard work is paying off. Even on days where I feel like giving up or I’ve gained weight I remind myself of my small victories and it’s what keeps me going!! Nothing is impossible if you just believe. January I took a chance on myself and it’s paying off. If you’ve struggled with your weight loss journey just keep going and I promise it will pay off. My journey hasn’t been perfect but it’s been worth every moment. ☺️☺️ My next goal is to be in a small by August!! 😬🙃
