For Day 3

Just keep Pulllinggg for Day 3 #PullUpIn2019 ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ . For Day 3 we are practicing the Pulling motion (lat pull downs): trx, bands, rope do anything that strengthens those lay muscles...it might help to google โ€œlat muscles or lat exercisesโ€ etc. if you arenโ€™t familiar with these muscles ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ Once you know where they are and see/feel how they are suppose to fire/help you that light bulb moment to pulling yourself up might be right around the corner ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ . For today you can use a band like Iโ€™ve shown here and pull down-standing, seated or in #boatpose because might as well fire up that Core ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ If bands arenโ€™t available grab a weight/weights and practice bent arm rows (all variations) or straight arm lat pulls. If all you have if your amazing body then maybe try getting on your belly and doing these exercises Iโ€™ve shown ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Hold something in your hand and transfer that something behind your back to the other hand...donโ€™t let it drop and keep it wrapped tight ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ Then try the swimmer-ish motion going forwards and back ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ Really try to send your attention to your lat muscles (and your entire back area really because youโ€™ll feel it ๐Ÿ˜‚) and feel yourself building that strength to pull pull pulllll you up! .
