Its because I got stuck in only doing what I wanted & not challenging myself like I should off. . . . When I started lifting & doing more hit cardio progress started again. If you're stuck right now Dont give up , try new things , lift heavy, add cardio , start running, do yoga , dance your booty off. But dont give up .

This has always confused me.....how do you forget to eat?!?!? If I’ve been busy at work I may not eat at the time I want, but trust me, I ain’t forgetting that shit!! 😂😂 And right now, on reduced calories, it takes a lot for me to not eat at the right time too. #hangry is real!! I find by eating every 3-4hrs I can keep my hunger (and mood🤪) controlled. I eat five meals a day; a large breakfast, two smaller meals (one late morning and then another early afternoon), dinner and then either a post training shake in the evening or another small meal (often yoghurt and berries). My day time meals consist of roast chicken, roasted sweet potato (both of which I batch cook, so they’re sitting in the fridge) and fresh veggies. Dinner consists of either roast chicken or tuna, rice and stir fry veggies. I swear by My Fitness Pal to guide me so I can keep strict track of what I’m eating, especially during prep. And I weigh everything! It’s so easy to over estimate the amount of food you serve, so if you want/need to shift body fat, weighing is the “weigh” to go 😂 #seewhatididthere😉 #suchacomedian My breakfast deserves its own post because it is so AMAZING!!! I’ve actually posted about it before but if you want me to show you again...let me know 🍌🥚🥞 So Week 11 done! 8 weeks to go until Peak week - eeeekkkkkkk!!!!! Weight is still dropping and strength has remained. And although I don’t want to really admit it (because the devil, who also doubles as my coach, will make me do more) my cardiovascular fitness is improving 🥵 I even got a “bonus” round on the assault bike yesterday! It honor of the anniversary of #liift4 . I ask you, Why you need a gym to see results? . I have used water bottles, babies, soup cans, wine bottles and bands when my weights weren’t present. I purchased weight from Good Will, Kohl’s on clearance & Play it again sports! . My secret? I don’t have one! I showed up when I didn’t want to. I showed up on busy days. I went to bed early, to get up earlier. I want to bed later if my day did not work in my favor! . I got comfortable being #soreaf lol. Seriously though, results don’t come from your comfort zone. . There is ONLY a 3️⃣lb difference between these 2 photos. 4 months PP & nursing vs. 16 months being all me! You guys hormones played a huge factor, nutrition, not running as often... and this certainly wasn’t one day worth of picking up some Dumbbells. . I am on the path to being a #strongmomma not a #smallmomma . Healthy is not a size, remember that! 😘

So excited that I get to eat home made meals like this butter chicken on a bed of rice for dinner and the weight and the fat is falling off of me! If you had told me that losing weight would be this easy without the ridiculous fasting diets, the low carb diets, the minimal calorie diets, the quit sugar diets or even the low fat diets I would not have believed you! Back to day 1 again. ☺️ The good thing though is that this is my 1000th day 1 since having Eira. So it’s not as hard as the very first day 1 😉. Everyone preaches consistency. Actually I preach consistency 💯😅! If you want great results. If you have BIG goals. Lots to achieve in any area of your life. Than consistency is the only way to get what you want. BUT can I just also say. If you can’t achieve consistent effort in what ever it may be. Let it go! Start again & give yourself the break you deserve. But don’t skip a sess because you just couldn’t be bothered & don’t make lazy decisions just because. xx

Wow, what a weekend ! - I literally couldn't sleep last Tuesday night before I left on Wednesday. I was tossing and turning in bed not through excitement and anticipation but through crushing anxiety - I lay there listening to Martin snoring away worried about the long journey on my own, and if I'd make the connecting flight. - I was nervous about sharing a room with people that I'd only met online and about catching up with the rest of my US team and what they might think of me in 'real life' - And yes, I had that mum guilt about leaving the kids and whether others were judging me going this far without them just to persue my own business goals - That literally ALL disappeared as soon as I landed at JFK and hooked up with two other coaches (that I had NEVER met before either in person or online). They were on the same connecting flight and we shared our woes about leaving the kids, traveling alone and how tired we were already from the first leg of the journey - I won hands down on the length of travel 😆 - The rest of the weekend has gone by like a whirlwind. I feel like I've known my roomies for ages and I know we're going to be friends now for years to come - I felt liked I truely belong here. Everyone, male, female, young and old shares the same passion, the same vision for how they want to live their own lives and how they want to help other people reach their goals - In Indy, I wasn't an outsider, I've become part of the family, made some fabulous friends and I'm ready to crush some goals that are so big that they make me feel sick 🤢 - Indy - I've had a blast and I can't wait to do it all again next year in New Orleans. The only difference will be next year, I'll be bringing along others that share my passion and have their own dreams to chase #bringiton #willitbeyou
