💪🏻new training cycle for the next 4-8 weeks⁣ ⁣ Here’s the plan for my next 4-8 weeks of training if you need some inspiration for your own training. A few things to keep in mind:⁣ ⁣ - I train for strength right now and am not a beginner. Progress takes a ton of volume. Lol. ⁣ - I just hit some 1RM PRs and I’m taking a break from heavy training. ⁣ - All sets are RPE based rather than percentage based. I’m using my 1RMs as a guide but there’s flexibility. If you aren’t familiar with RPE, check out @reactivetrainingsystems. They also have a ton of info on myoreps (the protocol for the green exercises). It’s basically one long rest-paused set. ⁣ - I’m trying out banded training on all 3 powerlifts for no reason other than I want to. So there’s nothing special going on there.⁣ - I’m doing conditioning and upper back work twice per week on non-training days.
