Day 10/ Day 11/ Day 12 . Today was not a good gym day on the surface but I was really feeling it. (Kudos to my pre-workout @bowmar_nutrition) I could not find my workout hat and my headphones died like 20 minutes into my workout. But I powered through and felt great the whole time. After I got out of the sauna I felt like I could run 5 miles still. I didn't, because running sucks, but I could have 😂. I'm hoping this means I'm out of my weird slump. . As the wise @sarah_bowmar says, #standupstraightsoweknowitsreal so there's that. Also trying to see my little quads under there. . About how sweaty I am 😅. Sitting in the sauna had sweat dripping into my eyes. I haven't sweat like this since basic training during the summer in South Carolina 😂 so I must be drinking plenty of water 💧 . Day 10 Core 1️⃣60 sec 1 arm/ 1 leg plank 2️⃣"21" crunches to failure (4 reps) / KB Swings x25 (30lb KB) 3️⃣60 sec 1 arm/ 1 leg plank 4️⃣Butterfly Sit-ups to failure (61 reps)/ KB Swings x50 (30lb KB) 5️⃣60 sec 1 arm/ 1 leg plank 6️⃣V-up Russian Twists to failure (17 reps) / KB Swings x75 (30lb KB) 7️⃣60 sec 1 arm/ 1 leg plank 8️⃣Hanging leg raises to failure (adapted ACFT leg raise)(3 reps) / KB Swings x100 (30lb KB) 9️⃣60 sec 1 arm/ 1 leg plank .
