Brunch at the K4K house and it’s soo delicious!! Raspberry Lemon Cheese Danishes!! My kids went crazy for them- and the husband may have licked his plate clean🤣 don’t be scared by the steps, this is a crazy easy recipe! I topped them with some lemon cream cheese frosting and they were to die for! ——— Lemon Raspberry Cheese Danish 291 Calories, 26g Fat, 3g Carbs, 11g Protein Dough: 1 1/2 cup shredded part skim mozzarella cheese 2 ounces cream cheese 1 large egg 1 1/4 cup almond flour 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 Tbsp powdered erythritol pinch of salt Filling: 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons butter, softened 1/4 cup Brown Swerve or Erythritol 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 Cup raspberries Frosting: 4 oz cream cheese softened 3 tbsp butter softened
1/2 Cup powdered erythritol 1 tsp lemon extract Directions: 1. Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together in a microwave-safe bowl for 1 minute. Stir, then heat another 30 seconds.. Add the egg and mix until blended. 2. Add 2 Tbsp of powdered erythritol to the dough as well as remaining dry ingredients for the rolls and mix until thoroughly combined (use damp hands to help mix). 3. Spray a piece of parchment paper with oil and scrape the dough onto the center of it. Flatten it out by putting another piece of greased parchment paper on top. You want to form a large rectangle with the dough. 4. Once the dough has been rolled out mix the filling ingredients well (you want the filling to be smooth first then mix the raspberries in) and spread evenly over the dough. 5. Now Carefully take the bottom parchment paper and use it to roll the dough into a roll(do NOT touch the dough with your hands its very sticky. After each turn make sure to use the paper to press down. 6. Once rolled put in the freezer and preheat the oven to 400F. Remove once the oven is heated to temp. 7. Slice into 9 pieces and place in a parchment lined 9x13 glass pan. 8. Bake for 30 mins. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 mins. 9. While cooling combine the frosting ingredients and whip until smooth. Top the danishes and enjoy!

Parboil leaves in salted boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Drain and remove excess water with a towel, and divide the cabbage into single leaves. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan, fry the minced meat in it and add the chopped onions and the parsley. (5 minutes) 3. Add the garlic slices and tomato paste and fry for 2 minutes. 4. Add the canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook the sauce for at least half an hour with the pot open. 5. Place a layer of cooked cabbage leaves in a buttered oven dish. Spread some bolognese ragù on top. So fill the mold layer by layer. 6. Sprinkle thickly with grated cheese, place butter flakes on top. 7. It’s the subtle overtime NSV that really catch you off guard. I’ve done a 30 day squat challenge. It ended up with 200 squats on the last day. For the past week, I have added in more exercise on top of my daily life of keeping up with a house and kids. I haven’t worn shorts in so long. Since last summer to be exact. I put these on and couldn’t believe what I was seeing... muscles that are actually noticeable! They are under there people! Work hard and they will eventually make an appearance when you least expect it. All my hard work is paying off little by little. These are the things that make me most excited. The scale moving is just a plus! I measured this morning and have lost more inches, but the scale hasn’t moved. That’s okay! I have all these other victories to keep me going. I will never go back to my old ways. Like @heather_ketos_2health stated, “this is a marriage to my lifestyle.” I will forever be dedicated and loyal to the ketogenic way of living. I’m so excited for all the small changes in my body that I never thought would be possible. How dare I think so negatively of myself that I wasn’t capable of this for so long. Check me out now!
