Tag 10 mit OP-Tag gerechnet. Heute sollen die Fäden gezogen werden. Die im Bauchnabel sind sehr in die Haut hineingewachsen. Längeres Sitzen oder Bücken zieht die Fäden auseinander und verursacht Brennen und Schmerz. Einer der Schnitte ist immer noch vom blauen Fleck umgeben. Am rechten Arm blaue Flecken von der Flexüle. Dieses Mal ist die Erholung von der OP besser, aber die Beschwerden sind immer noch da. Seit gestern Zyklus bedingt Ziehen im rechten Eierstock bis ins Bein. Schmerzen beim Stuhlgang und da hoffe ich noch, dass die Histologie Entwarnung geben kann. Dass die Gewebe am Darm keine Endo sind und erst recht nicht im Darm sitzen. . . . #endometriosisawareness #endosucks #endowarrior

I should have taken a before picture of this vegan Gardein chick’n florentino skillet meals pack before I added to it! The frozen pack only feeds 2 but we made it feed all 5 of us and it was tasty. 😋 It’s good if you are short on time. Here’s what I added to the package: • About 2 cups of cooked broccoli • About 2 cups of cooked pasta • 3 cups chopped fresh spinach • 3 tablespoons EarthBalance soy free spread • 2 tablespoons Bragg liquid aminos • A bunch of shakes of garlic powder (Measurements might not be exact because I just threw them in!)

Creamy mushroom gravy... all from plants🌱...and it is so, so delicious.😋 So say “good-bye” to butter, cream and milk and start saying “hello” to cashews, almonds and a health-supporting lifestyle! 🏄🏻‍♂️ Blend about 1/3 cup almonds and about a cup of water in a high-speed blender to make almond milk-strain it through a nut-bag (don’t use common pre-made brands as they are too low in fat), blend about 1/3 cup raw cashews with about 1 and 1/2 cups water until creamy, then blend about 1 1/2 TBSP flour into the cashew milk. Add the almond milk to the cashew milk mixture, then add your favorite bouillon, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over cooked fresh string beans, then add plenty of sautéed mushrooms with a little red bell pepper. Simmer until gravy is at desired consistency. Is a whole food, plant-exclusive lifestyle extreme? * Some might argue, that it's extreme to not only don't eat animals, but to also eliminate oil, sugar, processed grains/flours, and salt. But really, what's extreme here? Isn't it rather the process of taking lots and lots of olives (or sugar beets, or wheat, etc), running them through a machine, extracting what's basically only one substance, throwing all the good stuff away? If that's not extreme waste, what is? What's more extreme, eating whole natural food that's been staples for millennia, or manufactured things that have only been around for like a hundred years? * Besides, when the "normal" so-called food in a society leads to the "normal" diseases requiring "normal" procedures like for example sawing open one's chest and taking an artery from one's leg and putting it to one's heart, maybe "extreme" food choices are to be preferred. Because really, what's more extreme - eating whole grains, beans, fruit, and vegetables, or having to have bypass surgery? * In my eyes, the only extreme thing about the way I eat, is how extremely good the food tastes 😊 like my favourite turmeric carrot "cake" oatmeal, topped with lots of fruit, and here a little homemade date paste as well, just 50% dates and 50% water blended up 😇 * Wishing you an extremely beautiful day 😘✨💕 * #foodasmedicine

Transition Post. I love to hear people's journey. How did you get here? Let's talk about it for about 3 minutes. My body was inflamed. I have bulging discs and had a hip replacement three years ago. I have carpal tunnel from years of typing and braiding. 48 years young. I began researching anti-inflammatory foods, which led me to juicing. Started out with the white Jack Lalane, moved to the stainless steel Jack Lalane. When I got serious, I moved on to the Omega 8006 Juicer, and have loved it. Last week, I graduated to the VSJ843 and am ready to begin assisting family and friends. #juicing #omegajuicers I GET MY NUTRIENTS IMMEDIATELY. Started with a ninja, the magic bullet, and now the world Famous @Vitamix, 8 years strong with this baby. I make my soups, smoothies, whipped cream and #nutmilk me please. I GET THAT FIBER. I am still full. I started out with the PowerXL #airfryer years ago; I eventually gave that to my nephew last year when I upgraded to the #powerxlairfryer oven with a dehydrator. DA BOMB. Guilt free fries. I'm spiraling my own veggies as opposed to paying mark up prices in the grocery store. No more purchasing half done curly fries. Zoodles for days. #zoodles Point is, I am making better choices. When you know better, you do better. I am aware of what is going in the body.
