HIIT TRAINING As I don't like to go on the treadmill I like to get my sweat on by doing HIIT circuit training at the end of my session. This is just one example of what I like to do but there many variations you can use. This circuit training focuses mainly on my legs, it may seem easy but if you do each exercise for a 45 seconds with no rest you will feel a crazy burn . Happy S a t u r d a y everyone!☀️⁣⁣ I hope your day is going amazing!⁣⁣ Today I did a kettlebell leg workout that I’ve seen @natacha.oceane do and it had me dying after the first set! 😅⁣⁣ Such a good burn.🔥⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The workout ft my tiny pony tail. 😂 🔔Kettlebell half kang squat⁣⁣ 🔔Kettlebell swings⁣⁣ 🔔Kettlebell pull through plank⁣⁣ 🔔Kettlebell side to side swing⁣⁣ 🔔Kettlebell lateral shifts⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ **I did each workout 3 times with 30 secs rest in between and 1 minute rest between each set.⁣⁣

The thought of having a body you truly adore is EXCITING but seems IMPOSSIBLE, I understand 100% I thought it was going to be impossible to change my body BUT I was SO WRONG!! 🤷🏼‍♀️👇🏼 ... I was stood in that green bikini in Dubai with ZERO body confidence and TWO huge problems..... ... 👉🏼 I had zero belief in myself. I looked at women around the pool who I really wanted to look like but I looked back at my own body and thought to myself ‘there is no way in hell your body will ever look like theirs’ ... 👉🏼 My other problem... I had zero knowledge and no one. I had no sista in my life to guide me. I was STUCK in a rut and felt like I had no way out until... ... I decided to BELIEVE in myself..... I picked up my phone I started reading everything I could find as to how to lose weight. 💪🏼💪🏼 ... I started learning about what I was eating 💪🏼💪🏼 ... I started exercising in a way that would change my body shape. I started to lose body fat, I started to grow muscles. My butt got more shapely, my waist got smaller. 💪🏼💪🏼 ... It took me ten times longer to lose weight because I had to trial everything, at the time there was not one single weight loss system for me to follow that I could relate too!! 🤯 ... YES there was ‘get fit in 28 days’ or ‘get abs with Paige Hathaway’ but I’d tried these and they didn’t work because me and these packages weren’t suitable for each other. I was at the beginning of my journey and a tiny lady promising me abs in 6 weeks putting me on a chicken diet was NEVER going to be realistic or manageable for me to stick too!! 🤔 ... These pancakes have: 19.6g of Carbs 22g of Protein & 14.5g of Fats.. With all the toppings included. A super healthy and balanced breakfast. Do they taste as good as the real deal, of course not but YOU have to decide what’s more important to you. Tasting the ‘normal type’ pancakes and not been able to eat much for the rest of the day because you’ve maxed out your RDI’s or making some small substitutes where you can, enjoying your breakfast, STILL be able to eats lots more yummy food on your Sunday AND STILL smash your health goals.
