Been trying to lean up a little lately and finally seeing results 👀👀 I haven’t seen my hamstring this defined in a while and I’m loving it. I’m all about loving your body in any shape or size, but if you want to lean out, then it’s YOUR choice to do so. If anything, I think it’s great mental growth to be able to diet in a healthy way. I love my body a little thicker but I also love my smaller framed athletic body. Both are FINE.
