WORKOUT OF THE WEEKEND 👊🏻 4 x 8-10 heavy kettlebell squats 4 x 8-10 heavy deadlifts 3 x 10 single leg kettlebell deadlifts with row 3 x 10 single leg squats + press out 3 x 10 dumbbell bench press 3 x 10 (each side) weighted walking lunches 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 The kicker: 10 minute AMRAP (as many round as possible) of the bad boy in this video - 10 push ups, 20 wide to narrow squat jumps, 5 each side lunge skips, and 10 each side dumbbell knee ins. This workout is inspired by all the conditioning I used to do for volleyball, so kinda a different HIIT workout than usual but still gets your heart rate up! 4 exercises - each one minute - 3 rounds - no breaks 1- Start in a lunge with your right leg forward. Bend your front leg more as you place your hands on the floor and sweep your right leg to the back in the air and do a (triceps) pushup. Step forward again with your right leg. Do as many reps as possible and make sure you keep your core engaged. Modifications: Putting the left knee down or do a push up with both feet on the floor. 2- Start in a high plank. Move down to a low plank and back to a high plank and push your right knee forward and then your left knee forward. Now add a rep: high plank, low plank, high plank, low plank, high plank, 4 knees. Keep adding until time is up. Modifications: Putting both knees down. 3- Lunge and triceps push up on the left side. 4- Squat and touch the floor and a starburst jump. Modifications: Not jumping. This works better than coffee and you’ll feel pretty awesome after you’ve done it, but you’ll still hate me. I’ll love you more for doing it though.
