Ingredientes 1. Un tetrapac chico de salsa de tomate a los tres quesos. 2. Un paquete de pasta de zucchini de @lechugaseva 3. 200 gramos de camarones precocidad y pelados. 4. Un diente de ajo 5. Un cuarto de cebolla 6. Pam mantequilla 7. Sal y pimienta Instrucciones 1. Da dos disparos de pam mantequilla y sofríe el ajo y la cebolla. 2. Agrega la pasta de zucchini y deja que se cocine por dos o tres minutos depende que tan crunchy la quieras. 3. Agrega la salsa de tomate, los camarones, sal y pimienta al gusto. 4. Deja sazonar son 5 minutos más. 5. Tostadas de champiñones al ajillo 2 porciones Ingredientes 4 tazas champiñones rebanados 3 cucharadas ajo picado finamente 1 chile guajillo, sin semillas, en tiritas o chile seco quebrado o triturado, al gusto 1 cucharada mantequilla sin sal o aceite de canola Sal y pimienta, al gusto Tostadas horneadas de maíz Elaboración Quita el rabito del chile y retira las semillas. Corta en tiras delgadas con el cuchillo o las tijeras. Derrite la mantequilla en un sartén, agrega el ajo picado y cocina unos segundos.Agrega los champiñones rebanados y chile guajillo en tiritas. Cocina unos 4 a 5 minutos o hasta que los champiñones se hayan suavizado. Sazona al gusto con sal y pimienta.Sirve como más se te antoje, ya sea en tacos, sopes, tostadas, de guarnición etc. Te gustó esta receta? This nectarine and fig crumble isn't just for dessert, it makes a great breakfast too. If you think about it, it's pretty much the same as granola and fruit. If I'd had any plain Greek yogurt available I would have sweetened it with a touch of maple syrup and spooned a big dollop on top. But I didn't have any yogurt on hand so I drenched the crisp in some homemade cashew milk. Alongside a hot cup of coffee, it was the perfect way to start the day!🍑☕ ~ It takes just minutes to throw this together plus 30 minutes in the oven and you can use whatever fruit you have on hand. 🍑 For the filling: 2 nectarines 4 - 5 figs 1 teaspoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon good vanilla extract ~If your fruit is super ripe and juicy, mix in a teaspoon arrowroot powder or cornstarch, mine were pretty firm so I didn't. 🍑 For the crumble topping: 2 heaping tablespoons oat flour 2 heaping tablespoons almond flour 3 tablespoons rolled oats 1 tablespoon coconut sugar Handful pecans, chopped Sprinkle cinnamon Sprinkle nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoon melted butter 🍑 Toss the ingredients together in a small baking dish adding arrowroot powder or cornstarch if your fruit is super juicy. In a small bowl, mix the oats, flours, sugar, nuts and spices then drizzle on the melted butter and mix with a fork. Scatter the crumble topping over the fruit and place in a 350゚ oven for 30 minutes. #lettuceflourish

A do tego ma mało kalorii! My zajadamy się nią bardzo często 💚 Pamiętajcie, że cukinii nie trzeba trzymać w lodówce oraz że oczywiście można ją jeść na surowo! - to tak z ciekawostek. ~ Nouilles Chinoise ~ Petite idée de repas simple à réaliser et tellement bon 😋 Pour deux personnes : - Légumes : 1/2 brocolis, 3 carottes, 1 poivron jaune et vert, quelques champignons et 1 petit oignon. Vous pouvez y ajouter des morceaux de poulet. Faites revenir dans une poêle ou dans un wok vos légumes avec un filet d'huile d'olive. Ensuite y ajouté de la sauce soja quand vos légumes sont presque cuit. Pendant ce temps, cuire vos nouilles chinoise 3/4 min dans de l'eau bouillante. Ajouter vos nouilles à votre poêler et c'est prêt 😃 #repasequilibre
