We all deal with bloating at some point or another. Here are 2 simple things you can do to fight back from bloating. 1. Pinpoint when it’s the worst, morning night etc. Once you've rounded it off analyse what foods your having around that time as one of them could be causing the issue. Common aggravators can be sweet potato or change in a supplement like protein powder or bcaa, even a change in nutritional intake so increased food. 2. I'll share a little secret gut protocol I have for my clients as it works really well. In the morning half a lemon squeezed into water, tbsp of apple cider vinegar, bcaas in water and a multivitamin, if having a protein shake 4 teaspoons of psyllium husk and if bad also a digestive enzyme. Something I see far too often is he or she working their ass off in gym sweating up a storm day in day out but still not seeing the progress they hoped for. ME! 🧡 WHAT: WBFF Bikini Diva 💛 WHERE: Sydney 💚 WHEN: 13th July 💙 WHY: I need to do this FOR ME, to prove to MYSELF what I have always known... That I am more than capable of doing this, myself. 💜 HOW: I will feel on the day, that I got myself there with the support of my husband, family and friends. I will to look at my pictures later and be proud of my mind and body, because I prepped myself the way that I want and suits me. My prep will suit my health emotionally and physically and it will show! I am not competing against anyone. I am proving to myself that I will be successful with my body AND mind.
