This one was a "Stronger-Fitter" which consisted of: . 5x120kg deadlifts at 0:00 . 4x125kg deadlifts at 2:00 . 3x130kg deadlifts at 4:00 . 2x140kg deadlifts (โ˜๏ธโ˜๏ธ) at 6:00 . Then 12min AMRAP of 72 1.5m broad jumps, 550 skips and 70 butterfly sit ups, between 10:00 and 22:00 . Not bad for how shite I've been feeling over the last few days ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜
