Last night we tried this @marksandspencer slow cooked lamb tagine, which was delicioussss. Lunch today is chicken stir fry - popped the ingredients in the next image. I've been in a flap the last few days because we go on holiday in 9 weeks and I want to feel like a babe in my bikini but equally I don't to be in fat loss phase until then so after some amazing advice from @madeleychloe I'm going to slowly reverse into my holiday. I've got a lot of things planned over the next couple of months and I've said it before that I will never be someone who goes out and orders the salad but I am going to try my best to not lose total control and undo all my hard work. Each week i'm going to slightly increase my calories, keep my protein at the same level and slowly increase my carbs. I will still be lifting weights and being active but i'm going to start to reduce my cardio down as well, maybe add some HIIT in here in there to mix things up. My boyfriend is now 'on it' as he likes to say in the run up to holiday and I don't want to get caught up in what he’s doing and just focus on what my body needs instead. I guess the idea is by the time it gets to holiday my body will be used to eating more and exercising less than I am now and so I won't instantly pile on all the pounds. Needless to say I will still be eating cake on my birthday on Monday though 😏🧁 • Cals for todays lunch 358 F7.7g/C15.9g/P52.2g

These simple oven potatoes are my absolute favorite way to fix potatoes as a side with dinner. They’re crispy and crunchy on the outside, and creamy on the inside with a great buttery taste! The recipe is up on the blog, but it's so simple I'll just leave it right here: 5-6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut into one-inch chunks. 6 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cracked black pepper Melt butter and pour over potatoes on sheet tray. Sprinkle potatoes with garlic, salt, and pepper and toss to coat. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 45 minutes to an hour, flipping about half way through baking time. Serve with beef, chicken, fish, anything 😋

🍰 PASTIERA SENZA GLUTINE 🍰 con #granosaraceno 🔍 Ingredienti e procedimento per la frolla (600 g) li trovate nei post precedenti. 🔍 Ingredienti per il ripieno: 70 g di grano saraceno in chicchi @sarchio_italia, 1 pizzico di sale, 130 g di zucchero, 200 ml di latte intero, scorza di 1/2 limone grattugiata, 320 g di ricotta, 25 g di burro, 1 uovo e 1 tuorlo, 1/2 cucchiaino di cannella, 20 g di acqua di fiori d'arancio, 1/2 bustina di vanillina, 70 g di canditi. 🙌 Procedimento: Lessare il grano saraceno per 18 minuti in acqua con un pizzico di sale. Cuocerlo poi con il latte, 50 g di zucchero, burro e scorza di limone per 20 minuti a fiamma bassa e mescolando spesso; lasciar raffreddare. In un'altra ciotola montare l'uovo e il tuorlo con lo zucchero restante e la vanillina, unire poi la ricotta. Unire i due composti e aggiungere I canditi, l'acqua di f.d. e la cannella.
