So ‘Reality’ has set in! Living in a remote little mining town for the past 13 years has been very convenient.. being only 2 mins from the gym, meant I could get my training done at least 5-6 days a week around work and family. Moving to the Sunny Coast 3 weeks ago and starting work straight away, has shown me just how hard it can be 🙄 This week I was much more organised.. planned Gym mornings around my shifts.. YET still only managed 3 🤷🏼‍♀️ You know what? Although it can be hard to let it go, for now I’m OK with that. 3-4 days will be maintainable and keep my body active and my mind clear. No pressure or negative thoughts allowed, just doing the best I can ❤️ #fitmumma #determined #progress #notperfection #healthy #happy #grateful

To the incredible human being who messaged me this week and said (your arms look STRONG ) THANK-YOU . Did you know my arms were one of my biggest insecurities for a really long time?!?! . Like I’m talking I didn’t start wearing tank tops till like last year kinda In secure. . This message was exactly what I needed to hear timing couldn’t have been more perfect. . I’ve been working my ass off to build a strong lean body with my arms and legs being a main focus . Well it’s almost impossible to target and spot reduce specific areas , if you show up consistently eventually the areas you want to see change in will TRANSFORM. . I went from hating my arms and legs 🦵 to loving them ,because they are STRONG . . Sometimes we get so caught up in that next goal or where we are heading that we simply for get how far we have already come . I challenge you to take some time to REFLECT like I did . . Y’all are so Kind thanks for filling my feed and inbox with positivity and kindness, just imagine how different the world would be if we focused more on random acts of kindness and complimenting others more instead of judging others . . . . Yay finally more @skinnycoffeeclub I dont drink this for weight loss and I dont promote stuff or fall for money making schemes but I do genuinely notice a difference in my skin on this stuff and how less bloated I am after over indulging or eating lots of white carbs. iv now been without it for a month or 2 just to see if it really was making a difference and my skin is definitely not as clear and blemish free as it was and I notice im bloated some evenings and defo alot more after over indulging which we all do and should do every now and then!
