Dit receptje zou ik nog posten! ⠀ ⠀ Ingrediënten:⠀ -parel couscous⠀ -courgette⠀ -feta⠀ -platte peterselie⠀ -paprika⠀ -avocado⠀ -komkommer⠀ -peper/zout⠀ -kipfilet⠀ -citroensap⠀ -olijfolie⠀ ⠀ De parel couscous bereiden volgens de verpakking. ⠀ Die kipfilet in repen snijden en grillen met wat peper en zout.⠀ De courgette voor de helft in dunne plakken en grillen met olijfolie, peper en zout. De andere helft in kleine blokjes.⠀ Komkommer, paprika en avocado ook in kleine blokjes snijden.⠀ Peterselie snipperen en de feta in blokjes snijden.⠀ Alles door elkaar husselen beetje citroensap, peper/zout en olijfolie erover en de gegrilde kipfilet en courgette er bovenop leggen! ⠀ ⠀ EET SMAKELIJK!

Le mot changement ça te dit quoi? Personnellement, c’est un mots que je n’ai jamais aimé. Un mot que j'associais à l'angoisse et à la peur du jugement. Pendant très longtemps, je ne pensais pas à moi par peur de déplaire aux gens alentours de moi. Maintenant, je veux que du changement! J’en veut de plus en plus dans ma vie parce que ça me rend épanouie et heureuse. J’ose aller vers l'inconnu. J’ose sortir de ma zone de confort. Je n’ai plus peur. J’en mange! Je vis d’épanouissement personnel. J'ose tout faire ça pour moi . Je me choisis, enfin! J'ose me sentir bien! J’ose être moi-même. La kayla-anne dont j’ai toujours espéré d’être! Et si on parle de toi.. Si je te demandais quels changements tu aimerais faire pour toi.. Que me répondrais-tu ? “I just want to tone” Hearing this makes me feel some type of way... and not the good type of way. I, generally, understand what people mean when they are looking to obtain a “toned” look, but it’s the myths around it that make me cringe. ...a million reps with light weights that don’t challenge the muscle ... doing hours and hours of cardio ... eating very little. Toning to me means gaining muscle and losing fat to reveal that muscle. It is more efficient to prioritize progressive overload training to build muscle. Don’t be afraid to pick up some heavier weight and work the muscle to near failure. You might just surprise yourself with how strong you really are. (I see the size of some of these purses ... I’m confident that it you can carry that or a toddler around you can set down the pink fluffy dumbbells) Makes sure that you are properly fueling your workouts to prioritize recovery. You need ample protein to repair muscle and carbs can be very beneficial in recovery and fueling your higher intensity workouts. Cardio has its place and can be a valuable tool at certain points. However, with low intensity steady state (LISS) you stop burning calories after you stop exercising. With higher intensity work or compound weight lifting (squats, bench, deadlifts, shoulder press) you can increase your excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC) and continue to burning an increased amount of calories even after your workout is over. To reach your goals as efficiently as possible, make sure that your fitness program is designed specifically for your desired results.

I find it frustrating that many of us waste so much time in gathering "knowledge" and "information" but lack the implementation😔 . I love learning BUT Sometimes you can have information 🤯overload but STILL dont know where to start, you spend so much time researching but not enough experimenting with what works for you🤷‍♀️ . Do yourself a favour⬇️ ➕Try one new program for 3 months - not 3 days....you need WAY longer consistency ➕Stop thinking cheaper is better - you need to pay for the services of a qualified professional ➕Ask yourself WHY you are really seeking a fitness goal, is it to feel more confident, fit your clothes again, get better energy? . ✨Fitness is an investment in actually DOING not JUST READING about how to get fit or the latest diet advice🙄 .
