Coucou 👋 à tous ! Je pensais que je ne pouvais pas manger l'os de collagène, mais oui! De plus, le goût était très agréable, pour les préparer très simplement, les os sont généralement vendus donc coupés en paquets mais l'idéal est de vous faire la connaissance avec le boucher comme le recommande @carlos_stro , alors la prochaine fois je les commanderai que soient coupés de façon longue, aujourd'hui, après notre jeûne de 18 heures et notre routine La salle de sport, j'ai lavé les os pour enlever les restes de viande, j'ai ajouté un peu de sel rose de l'Himalaya et je les ai mis au four à 200o pendant 45 minutes, puis je les ai sortis et j'ai ajouté un peu de fleur de sel et de poivre, vous verrez qu'ils seront prêts lorsque vous insérerez un couteau dans la viande à l'intérieur, alors que j’ai préparé aussi des viandes de boeuf 🥩 haché aux echalotes, 1 œuf battu,d’ail, sel, poivre et chapelure (J'ajoute de la farine d'amande, et tout dans la poêle et c'est parti! 🦴 Le collagène est la protéine la plus commune et la plus abondante dans le corps; L'un de ses principaux objectifs est de fournir un support structurel aux différents tissus pour leur permettre de s'étirer sans compromettre leur intégrité.Il a été démontré que le collagène oral augmente l'élasticité de la peau, son hydratation et sa densité dans le derme des femmes plus âgées. Le collagène représente entre 25% et 30% des protéines corporelles totales, ainsi que 70% ou 80% des protéines de la peau, en termes de poids sec. Nous pouvons le trouver spécifiquement dans les tissus conjonctifs de tout le corps, des muscles, des os et des tendons aux vaisseaux sanguins et au système digestif. En tant que composé d'acides aminés essentiels, il n'y a qu'un moyen d'obtenir du collagène; puisque le corps ne peut pas le produire, il est donc nécessaire de l'obtenir par la nourriture.
