Some of you asked for the recipe for this Creamy Chicken Gnocchi after I posted it to my story a few weeks ago, so here’s how I made it. Enjoy! ▫️3 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless) ▫️4 cups chicken broth ▫️1 cup milk (any kind) ▫️1 tbsp minced garlic ▫️1/2 cup each diced onion and celery ▫️1 tsp each parsley, oregano, onion flakes ▫️1/2 tsp thyme, onion powder ▫️1/2 tsp each salt and pepper ▫️1/4 tsp red pepper flakes ▫️1 bay leaf Add later ▫️8 tbsp light herb and garlic cream cheese (regular works, too) ▫️2 cups frozen spinach ▫️gnocchi ~~ Add ingredients to a large pot (except those under the “add later”). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes. ~~ After 20-30 minutes, remove bay leaf, add cream cheese and spinach. Stir until cream cheese melts and spinach thaws. Add gnocchi and cook for 7 minutes. Dig in!

✨My mid-week Happy Place. Mm. ✨🌿 PorkChops with Sage and Tarragon, Medium Shells with sweet basil tomato sauce, and Brussels Sprouts with crispy bacon bits. All done stove top. Brussels sprouts done in the same pan I used for the pork chops. Season one side of porkchops with s&p, tarragon, Sage, Garlic, and dried crushed orange peel. Brown in olive oil until desired doneness. Set aside and sautés Brussels sprouts in the same pan. At the last min toss in some crispy bacon bits and done. Recipe: .♥️🇮🇹Sugo “that’s Sicilian for sauce” 2 cans cento tomato purée 1/2 onion - sauté in olive oil until almost translucent add s& p, add some chopped garlic 3-4cloves, cook but don’t burn, then add tomatoes. Add- rosemary, sweet basil, 1 teas sugar, sage, oregano ( not too much it not pizza ), grated Romano cheese and more s&p. And PARSLEY. Always parsley. Bring to boil, reduce and simmer for long time. More than 3 hours. That’s how I like it. That’s how long it takes for the flavors and spices to marry with the sugo. You absolutely should add red chili flakes if you can have them. I can no longer which is a real bummer. . .
