On Week 2 of @emilyschromm 🔥BURN🔥 workouts! I'm extremely happy with Emily's format of keeping strength exercises to build muscle while also incorporating an extra burn with circuits to finish off the workout. This one got me back into some Olympic lifts that I haven't done for awhile! Power cleans make me feel like such a 💪badass. During my power cleans I was approached by a Mom who had been watching me workout and was intrigued by my strength. We got to talking about her middle school daughter and how the 📲 social media influence is at an ultimate high right now and middle schoolers are posting some horrible content. I told her how I had created this Instagram just to follow people that inspire me and have positive content (body positivity, strength, confidence..etc). The Mom said she has her 13yr old daughter come to the gym with her and do sled pushes🏋️‍♀️ to help promote a positive image because she is so afraid she is going to fall under the bad influencers. What an AWESOME Mom! 🔹 I think joining this new gym has opened my eyes more to how empowering it is to be a strong woman. Everyday I get approached by men and women, young and old, who are inspired and intrigued by my strength and determination in the gym. I think that goes to show how much more you can stand out as a woman just by being strong.

The Different Types of Barbell! Tag a friend who could use this guide! - Follow @P.T.Pete for daily fitness/nutrition education📚 - Most people think barbells only come in one size and shape but there are many specialty barbells you may encounter in different gyms. While the standard barbell is the most common and versatile there are dozens of different types of barbells to focus on different exercise techniques. These specialty barbells are becoming more popular in gyms and help target different muscle groups and types of exercises. Below are the main different types of barbells and information on how to train with them. - The Standard barbell is the most common barbell you will encounter in any gym. It is excellent for power lifting movements, bench pressing, and squatting. These barbells will typically be made out of steel that has a slight “whip” to it which refers to the amount of bar flex. - The olympic barbell is very similar to the standard barbell in regards to shape but will have more whip to it. This amount of whip helps with power cleans so it’s easier to grip and create momentum. The knurling will be tend to be fine on most olympic bars. The olympic bar is great for dynamic exercises such as the power clean and the snatch and clean. - The trap bar was invented int the 1980’s by powerlifter, Al Gerard, to reduce strain in the back when doing deadlifts. The barbell is shaped like a hexagon and allows a person to stand inside it. This placement of weight helps bring some of the weight pull towards the back of the body instead of keep it all in front of the legs. A recent study proves the hex barbell helps reduce back strain and maintain better dead lift form. - The Ez curl bar are great for focusing on arm exercises. Both the EZ curl and super Curl bar curves provide easier movements for the wrists during arm exercises much like the Swiss bar. - The tricep bar is very similar to the Swiss bar but is specifically meant for arm exercises. It is lighter than the Swiss bar and has a shorter width. Although named the tricep bar it can be used for bicep exercises and rows. . . . .

Pria memiliki kurang lebih 15 hingga 20 kali lebih banyak hormon testosteron dan masih membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk membentuk otot.
