LIFE UPDATES 1️⃣I have left The Garage Program team. 2️⃣I am starting a new business, solo this time. 3️⃣I just finished an online competition for CrossFit and just signed up for my first weightlifting meet of the year! . 🏋🏼‍♀️A lot of you are asking me if I am doing CrossFit or Weightlifting. The answer right now is both. 📈I originally started my Weightlifting journey through CrossFit. I did my first WL competition to get some competition experience under my belt. Happy to be back into CF and WL training right now! . My quad tendon and patellar tendon still give me problems here and there, so I have been going at my own pace. Being patient and enjoying the process and progress. 💙 Thank you ALL for your support in my lifting and life!💙

I had fun playing around in a photo app to make it look like I took these photos somewhere aside my messy living room 🤣 (your call - looks badass or fucking stupid as hell). I’m also happy my singlet fits for my first meet in 2 years that’s happening tomorrow at @bwgymchicago - @usapowerlifting Women’s Raw Open. I’m 15lbs heavier than my last meet nearly 2 years ago, but honestly I think most of that is in my booty (👀 second pic). I pretty much finished the @chimarathon in October, took 2 weeks off, and immediately started lifting from week 1, day 1 with @hybridperformancemethod and their powerlifting programming. There weren’t too many ups and downs until I tweaked my back mid January, and then my personal life blew up beginning of February and I was pretty down and had no motivation to lift. I don’t know how I’ll do tomorrow, but I’m finally feeling excited. Pre and post (SWIPE) #19point1 face. Even being built pretty well for this workout, I don’t have near enough cardio to have crushed it like some of my buddies did (looking at you @whiskeyndeadlifts @nathanjohnsonspainting @lift_like_a_viking ). Still, got 231 reps (6 + 4) so overall a solid showing. Very much not looking forward to trying to walk tomorrow though. • Rest of the day will be some awesome kiddo time, meal prep and basic house stuff. Work week starts tomorrow night!

Yooo. Why people be lying like they got a shot at regionals 😭. Ever go to a club and see people bouncing their knees when they don't like the song? Drink in one hand and jusf swaying left and right? That's how much effort I see some people put into wall balls right now...😐 I'm seeing some floor is lava action on the gram rn where people are afraid to squat anything close to parallel for wallballs. Maybe I took the wrong judges course for 8 hrs with the worst angles ever possible but everyone is having their moms and friends judge them as good reps 🙊 It ain't my bidness tho but Dave Castro would not have let this happen. #19point1 #freedavecastro #UnitedLifters
