Its been a hectic few weeks. No gym. No watching what I eat. Just endless hours of painting, cleaning, scrubbing, decluttering, packing and moving stuff to storage but its finally done. Just yard work to go before our first open house this weekend. Hoping someone falls in love with this house as much as I love it. This was my forever home but forevers can change so quick! Back into the 10 week challenge today. Hopefully get a lunch time weights session in!

I've had an amazing day!! Firstly had an appointment with my doc who cleared me at work for pre injury duties!!!! I then had my end of 10 week challenge scan and I am stoked with the results. I have tried my hardest in this challenge. I have been sick for 8 weeks out of 10 and I still managed to eat well, lose fat and gain muscle! I'm really looking forward to my next 10 weeks not being ill! I'm going to smash it even harder! My goal is to get down to the recommended numbers on the scan by the end of the next challenge.
